Have you started the P90x program?
If you don’t have the cut abs then you haven’t been through the 90 days! This program has been a real challenge in my life, but it was a challenge that I was so ready for. I had fallen off working out with too much work and kids, etc. This year I decided to do something for myself, ya know?
I’m not going to lie, this program is freaking awesome! It is NOT easy, but nothing worth having is easy. Would you rather have a depressingly average body or do you want to have a body that people see and go…WOW!? With 90 days of P90x workouts that’s what you get!
I wasn’t out of shape when I started the P90x program. Although, I had slacked off a little bit after the kids came along. With kids and work, it’s TOUGH. But, I’ve always been pretty healthy and into working out.
Anyway, one day a girl from the office comes into work and she’s just…transformed. Totally and completely transformed. She used to be just pretty but now she’s absolutely striking to behold.
Now, it didn’t happen totally over night, it just seemed that way to me because I wasn’t paying close attention to her. I had to know her secret because she looked so amazing. She told me about P90, and I was blown away that a home fitness program could do so much so fast. I was convinced that this was what I was looking for!
So, I got the number and called, ordered the P90x DVD set and felt good about my decision. Got it after a few days and got started. Wow! I am working muscles I never thought I had! Ha.One of my clients was recently laid off from his job until no longer afford to have a personal trainer. I felt really bad because he’s just beginning to make some serious progress. But, we all have to make sacrifices.
He has not given up on his exercise and fitness program. He has promised me to continue to workout at home and check in with me once a week by telephone. His friend recently gave him the P90X workout and exercise DVDs.
So, on his weekly telephone call he asked me which are the best the P90X bands or the Bodylastics exercise It is really my great honor to be with you to share the latest informantion about shure e2c.resistance bands.
